C215 is a prolific Parisian graffiti artist. He's produced street stencils in Barcelona, Amsterdam, London, Rome and Paris. I came across these in Williamsburg and DUMBO.
His subjects are typically beggars, homeless, refugees, street kids and the elderly – society's forgotten.
